I have got call from Kotak employee and she said that I am eligible for Kotak mojo lifetime card. I have the WhatsApp screenshot for the same. When my card is approved and reach to my home I mail Kotak customer care about that fees but the customer care representative said it is not life time free it has annual fee of 1000 + GST which can be wave off after 1 lakh spend.
Then I insisted with the customer care that it was issued life time free but he denied.
After the situation I called the employee and asked him what are the fee about my card then again the employee said it was life time period.
Please suggest me how to know the exact fee regarding my card.
