Confusion regarding Neu coins

Hi Guys, I recently got two upi based credit cards. First is ICICI coral rupay cc and the other is HDFC TATA Neu card plus . For ICICI card I received 1% as reward points but for hdfc one I didn't get any neu coins . I have attached my statement below. If possible can anyone please explain how the reward system works for TATA neu plus card.

HDFC processes points on a monthly basis. So, for transactions done in February, points won't be credited till March statement generation date. That's it nothing to be worried
