I hold a Regalia Gold Credit Card. This is paid card and the membership fees was charged in the February statement. I was under the impression that upon realization of the MFee, I would be provided with a Gift Voucher of Rs.2500. But to my surprise, I got 2500 rewards points credited back.
The card was issued on 4th Oct, delivered and activated on 5th October 2023 and I could check that a GV should have been given or atleast points worth 2500 rs.
I did get that Rs 250 GV from the second column.
Just wanted to know other people's experience in the community before sending off a mail to grievance redressal.
