Conversion of Tata Neu infinity card as LTF

Dear All,

HDFC has launched a festive season offer providing swiggy, tata neu cards as LTF. However, I recently obtained Tata neu infinity card. Can I cite this offer and ask them to convert my FYF card as LTF.

Any guidance in converting my card as LTF is appreciated.

not possible, this is only for new to card, might try your luck by dropping mail but chances are less

Activated it. I got it around a month back.

ah! but you can still try, as TF says, you can ask for anything, it's upto the bank whether they want to give it to you or not

Its not easy to convert paid card in to LTF with HDFC.

Did you send mail to HDFC? What was their response? Any update?

I had new Plus FYF, I mailed and asked for Infinity LTF. They closed the New Plus and now got Neu infinity LTF.

I mailed them regarding this and they are insisting that Infinity is paid and fees will be chargeable.

Actually it was my wife card and she hardly spends anything on that.. got the card as FYF in June 24, and upgraded to LTF Infinity in Nov first week.

Total spends won't be more than 2000 in last 6 months. Got it for lounge access only.

i closed my HDFC NEu infinity which i got it in October itself via tata neu app but HDFC declined to convert it to LTF 🙂
