Cool off period of 3rd ICICI card

My first ICICI credit was approved on January around 20, got 2nd ICICI card (Amazon Pay) in this month. Now I want apply for their 3rd LTF free card Coral rupay as they are planning to go live with UPI .
Can I get my 3rd LTF card from ICICI? When I can apply again by online or branch?

Mere pass coral card hai. Kuch din pahle Mila.
Amazon account full kyc hoga tabhi milega, Aisa koi baat hai?

Na Bhai Aisa kuch nhi hai...Mera full kyc to h Amazon.....aap Amazon PR coral card se 2-3 baar 2-3 thousand ki shopping kro...jld get card in 60 sec wala offer AA jaayega...mujhe shopping k next day hi mil gya tha offer.

Bank ki taraf se pre approved offer Aya tha.

ICICI ka cool off period toh nahi hota.
Through customer care or twitter team you can get upto 10 cards from ICICI.

But most of them are useless.
Don't know how to get Coral Rupay exactly. I'm also trying.
