After I completed selecting an LTF Premier CC from BOB online cc portal, I was asked to eSign using this leegality website.
Upon eSigning, I received this error:
Need help with what to do next, I'm pretty sure BOB customer care crm@bobfinancial.com will be next to useless in this matter.
I have some possible reasons why this could have happened (My Aadhaar doesn't have a second name in it. But in the application, you are forced to enter a last name)
What can I do here? I tried revisiting the link to resign it with corrected information (removing last name before signing), but it directly lands on this error page and doesn't provide any other option.
