coupon code BOBCC applied successfully but rejected on payments page

facing this issue for a long time.

i have bob premier rupay cc.

cleartrip shows BOBCC as eligible for 15% discount. it also gets applied successfully.

flight value is more than 9k and one way for 2 pax.

on payments page when i submit the card details, it gives an error that this payment method is not applicable, choose other method.

anyone has any workaround?

Could be an issue due to Rupay Platform. All you can do is escalate with BOB.

last time i used bob premier rupay cc successfully on cleartrip offer.

last time means few months ago, when bob offer was running on cleartrip.

contact bob credit card customer care on twitter.

Same issue. Faced this issue on Blinkit as well few weeks backs

Used ICICI, as it had similar offers

they are useless even on Twitter.

first the bank handle asked me to DM the credit cards handle.
then credit card handle asked me for card details and my contact number.
now after 10 days, they are asking me to send the screenshot of the error to their crm email.

forget it man, not having the energy to run after customer care of banks like bob. they could have told me 10 days ago to write to crm directly. the bobcc offer is only valid on weekends so i have to wait till weekend to take a screenshot. then bob will take 1 week after that to reply.
