Cred app bug

Hey guys, because I didn't had my phone, I had to pay my credit card bill via dad's cred account (due date is today). My bill was about 10,000 something for icici visa credit card. I added it, secured it (OTP on my SIM) and all and it was showing properly in cred app.

I paid the bill but and removed the card from his cred app. After a few minutes to my shock, my dad's ICICI rupay sent an SMS saying payment recieved. This is a whole scam/bug of cred app. This trash app paid different bill, also there is no way I can contact chat support nor email one.

This is the scummiest app I've used. I have checked all the details and yes, I paid my own bill not his. Guys is there any way to get it done urgently?

check with cred support from within the app...i dont think they have any phone support.

I somehow talked to them through another issue selection and they said "contact your bank". Not even acknowledging their app trash bug. I'm not paying a single bill through cred again. I will just keep it to have bill reminders and that's all.

take screenshots of the bill paid displaying the card ending numbers and tag them on twitter....also tag kunal shah...the founder...i'm sure they'll help ....also show them sms from bank conforming payment for some different card...send bank mobile app screenshots as proof of credit to a different card...
