The alleged mastermind was Vaibhav Pitadiya, a relationship manager of Axis Bank in Gujarat. CRED has its corporate account in the bank's Indiranagar branch in Bengaluru, according to the police.

No, it’s not just you, Axis Bank has 1 lakh eyes to watch every customer’s move.

Even I’m not spared, they have forged my signatures and changed the mobile and email of their own to use it as a mule account.

Account was not in use since a year.

And, Yes, before anyone starts guiding me, I’ve reported to RBIO and have sent legal notice to Axis for the same.

They already say this bluntly in their TVC 😅 it needs some decoding of their actual intent, that’s it. Their TVCs are innuendo.
