Credit Balance on Credit Card Refund - Query & Discussion

After my debacle with Aeronpay I have finally received my bill payment on my CC. After 6 months lol.

Now the balance on my Indusind card is negative. I asked the bank to refund to my bank but they're asking for transaction proof from bank account for the same amount. But such a thing doesn't exist because the payment came from Aeronpay wallet lol.

I don't want to spend all that money on the card. What are my other options here?

Just use it for daily spends or utility or buy giftcards

If the amount is significantly high , better to ask them on their email channel which is only channel which has brains

Yeah I've emailed them. They asked for transaction proof on email.
