Credit card against fd

I tried with pnb for credit card against fd but there are issues in app ( Invalid credentials ) as well as website of pnb credit also have same error and branch person not able to understand the issue.
mail support is also not replying

If any one have mail id of pnb that resolve issue please share

And also share bank that offer rupay credit card against fd easily with no change or minimum charge

FOR rupay u can take paisabaazar stepup card.....but better cards are of idfc wow,kotak 811 which they are now converting from secured to unsecured card....and icici platinum card.....

I have fd and i really want to apply for PNB FD credit card but stuck due to " invalid credentials" error .

They said make change in your name as in my case my name along with father name was written as there was special character/ which credit card system says invalid
They told they are fixing it but if want quick then remove special character from branch

Ok but in my case no special characters in my name but still I face the issue.
Are you get you fd based card yet or not ?
