Hello everyone,
I had applied for an HDFC credit card in the a couple of months ago without an account which failed on the basis of the bank being unable to conduct physical contact verification at my location. Video KYC and other verifications were conducted successfully. Now I notice that my Airtel app is offering HDFC credit cards for application. I am wondering if there is any difference in making an application through the Airtel app (I am a longtime Airtel subscriber) that maybe increases the probability of getting the recommended card approved. Does anyone know whether Airtel has any part to play in the application process if its done through the app? Or do they just divert you to the bank to make a fresh application? Inputs would be much appreciated.
