Credit card bill payment getting declined

Hi

I have Airtel axis credit card(master card)

I am unable to do my credit card bill payment

I have tried paying from Paytm ..cred ..mobikwik ..

My payment is getting refunded

I tried transferring though NEFT ...again payment declined ..due to non existence of beneficiary..

I tried axis bill payment portal .also ..

I am getting error of

"Transaction declined ...may be due to incorrect input values"..

I have entered my card details accurately (no chance of incorrect input values)


What should I do ?

My due date has already passed ..

No I don't have a account with AXIS

only have credit card.

Try doing it through Amazon. I was also facing the same issue. With amazon the bill was paid and started reflecting in Axis app immediately.

Don't wait for offers to be redeemed when the due date is near or is already crossed. The payment will be credited the same day if not instantly. For me, it was instant when I tried to test with a payment of Rs. 11.

PS:- Don't follow it from an ER perspective. Do it from a payment perspective.
