Hi,

Can someone help with the steps to close/early payment of EMI on my credit card.

1. IVR option is too cumbersome.
2. Are there any surcharges for the early payment.
3. It has been 2 months since I initiated and total EMI period is 12 months.

Speak with customer support of respective bank, will provide detailed breakdown and applicable charges for your EMI. Each bank has their own process for EMI pre-closure, customer support is your best option.
