Credit card excess amount refund delay Amex

Hi Everyone

I have been following up with AMEX for over 3 weeks now asking them to process my excess credit in my bank account.
All I am getting is assurances

Does anyone have email of any higher management where i can report this and it can help me expedite the matter

Send email and escalate the issue to the next level. 3 weeks is sufficient time for them to refund the excess amount. You can also chat with the customer support and ask them to raise a request and do the needful immediately.
