Credit card for flat purchase

I am planning to buy a flat. Need to pay registration charges, builder and various charges. Please give insight and suggest good credit cards.

Ideally test with small amount to check MCC or if you received reward. A friend used Axis card for advance payment of Godrej property and MCC was for utilities (rent payment). He did not got any rewards and additinal charges of 1% were also applied.
DCBM card for same payment gave rewards and there were no additional charges as well.

So personally I feel it would depend builder to builder. DCBM 4L quaerter milestone is a safe bet so till that amount you should be OK. For rest, please test with small token amount.
