I wanted to get an CC for my mother so that she can avail lounge benefits at airports.
Is there any suitable credit card that you know of ? Please suggest.

I have HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend CCs.
Is add on card member eligible for Airport Lounge Access for the above cards?

Please suggest some cards which are eligible for Lounges access for add on memebers.

Regalia gives 12 domestic access which can be used either primary card holder or add on members. The limit is shared between both so you and your mom combined can avail lounge access 12 times in a year - 6 if both of you go together every time.

By default senior citizens mostly have nationalised bank accounts which have rupay platinum debit card which provide 2 access per quarter domestic.
If accompanied by you, the credit cards like HDFC diners club black, Infinia, Axis magnus can be used with add-on card option unlimited as long as you own any of these cards.

or just open an mid range account in hdfc, axis and get free lounge access with debit cards

No bro. I didn't find any clear answer for addon card member lounge benefits online so wanted to double-check with you.

FYI. Add On card member is not mentioned here.

lately, they are not checking for names on boarding pass and credit card at domestic lounges. you can give her one of your cards if she is travelling alone. also collect idfc select/wealth cards as they are ltf and addon is also available on them to use lounge.
axis myzone will give lounge access as ltf card if ltf offer is still there. bob premier credit card is ltf.

also note that for addon, pan card of addon applicant is asked and kyc is done.

Lounge access is not available for add on members in Regalia Card. Only Primary Card Holder is eligible for it.
