Credit card for international spends

Good day everyone

I will be travelling to Dubai next week for a week , and I was thinking to use my credit cards this time , for my international trips I have been using niyo global cards previously but thinking to give credit cards this time . Suggestions are welcomed on which of my cards should I be using more. Below is my card portfolio

To be mostly used in retails shops in Dubai shopping festival

I have used amex mrcc for my int trip. Compared with sbi simply click mrcc had the lowest conversion rate. Lesser than the thomascook travel card.

But Amex has a 3.5% forex markup

Checkout my statement. Swiped for 6588 thai Bhatt, charged 14785, conversation rates comes at 2.26. My Thomas Cook card was at 2.35. There is no markup..

As per my knowledge Markup charges are deducted within 60 days of transaction . There should be a markup of 3.5% + gst

What is the best card for international transactions? Like If the card is used to buy something that is x USD digitally? I heard onecard has one of the lowest markups there is? (1%)
