Credit card offer showing in Indusind app

attached screenshot of credit card offer showing up on the app.
No clue about which card of what the offer it is.
it asks for basic contact details in the next page, it goes not go thru when i try to submit the details.

I applied directly via their website. It showed the offers and fees applicable. You can try the same method!

Yeah I believe so. Not sure as I don't have CIBIL subscription, so can't pin-point!
