Credit Card Payment done via Paytm failed

Hello All,

I have made the credit card bill payment via my RBL debit card through Paytm. The transaction failed, but my amount got debited. It's been more than 7 seven days the amount has not been refunded.

Not able to reach out the Paytm folks.

Can someone provide email details or contact info so that we can reach out to Paytm for Refund Request Number.

Yes! Took almost 15 days!

I'm also going through a similar situation. i used sbi debit card for hdfc credit card bill payment on paytm and transaction got failed but amount got debited. I tried getting help from paytm support, but auto reply says they cannot do anything, suggesting to contact bank. But paytm's support message mentioned something like refund will be done in 2 working days, but not yet refunded after 5 days. Is there any way for us to contact either paytm or sbi customer care regarding this?

Mine was refunded in 8 working days for similar case in April ( excluding holidays, weekend ).

After refund I don't use paytm anymore.
