Credit Card Rewards Enhancement by Indian Bank

There was a provision for rewards for using Indian Bank credit card, but it was not codified and formally announced. Now, they just released a pdf and social media posts about the rewards. The link to pdf:

The rewards look good for a psu credit card, as there is very limited exclusion on rewards.

Exclusion - EMI, wallet load, ATM withdrawal, and UPI below 2k.

Rewards - Rs 0.5/1 per 100 rupees, depending upon category


Look into it if interested.

but reward points to pehle mil hi rhe hai.... UPI pe 1% hai...kuchh category pe 0.5% like education rent ..

Thank me, I had reported it to desk and asked them to list it properly in website and send 1 month notice for any devaluations. They still haven't listed the mcc though.

I mean, mcc is more or less useless I assume. The categories other exclude, they are giving 0.5% on it. And rest you get 1%. So it is kind of a no nonsense card; will close my axis ace card.

Clear nahi tha, like mitc mein clear nahi tha which categories were included, which were excluded
As for upi, ab pata chal gaya they don't reward anything below 2k, so good to keep in mind
