Credit Card spend amount

1) If we pay Credit card bill before it gets generated will that amount comes under credit card spend amount or not ?

2) if we spend amount on rent and cashback is excluded for rent , will this amount is considered as a spend amount? Or not.

These 2 answers will help me calculate the milestone benefits and fee reversal criteria, please help me

1. Yes it will be considered a spending
2. Amount you spend is considered as spend but the cashback can negate your spending. Amex does it but it depends on card/bank

1.yes
2.considered as spend in most cases but in case of milestones some cards/banks have excluded,need to check with your bank.
