Credit card suggestion for Travel/Mile benefits

My relative is looking to start their cc journey (they only have flipkart axis cc as of now)

Expenses : 20k/month rent, 5-10k/month online expenses (Primarily myntra-flipkart-amazon) + 5-10k offline usage
In hand salary : 1L/month
Has prior relationship with Axis bank (salary account)

Kindly suggest a card that can be helpful for RP & Milestones for rent & expenses, preferably be used to convert to miles/award ticket.

Few cards explored (but would love to get more suggestions & info about eligibilty) : Vistara & AI co-brand cards (IDFC/SBI/AXIS), Amex MRCC/Platinum Travel

Its almost hard tk get value from paying rent except Vistara co branded credit cards.
If he can hit 3L (almost 2.5L in rent) annually on IDFC Vistara card, it will be an amazing deal as he will get 2 PE tickets and also 1 PE ticket on joining.

For others Amex MRCC would be great as a starter card to start accumulating reward points, if he can hit the 4L milestone then platinum travel would be best.
Point to note: Amex and its stuggles for offline acceptance.

Vistara miles will be converted to Air India miles @1:1

Thanks for your help. Given 50% of their usage is rent, is atlas still beneficial to get for their usage? Rent is not counted for the RP right
