Credit Card suggestions for self employed

I have 23 cards myself 😛

But my cousin is moving to different city and thinking about applying for more.
As of now he doesnt earn and has 2 credit cards.
Kotak FD Credit Card
Hdfc Millenia (very old hdfc account and pre approved offer)

My cousin too wants a good portfolio but might not start earning in a year or so. Mostly looking for bang for buck ltf cards and maybe in a way where cards that get hard to get later are applied first.

Already applied for a AU Bank card.

What other cards do you think we should start from?

These all are easier to get in my opinion and for LTF should wait and apply when there is promotional offers

How many of them are ltf if your paying charges for yearly then for most of them whats the point of discounts
