Credit Card to 18+

Is there any bank other than Axis who offers credit cards to just 18 year old or do everyone else require 21 to be minimum.

Minimum age required is 18 due to regulatory requirements. If you have high NRV you can get any credit card at any age even without cibil score.

I had a good NRV with HDFC bank and they even contacted me for a CC but As I wasn't 21 they refused last moment, this happened with me several times
Now the agents contact me to ask whether I turned 21 😂😂

Axis, HDFC, Kotak, Indusind, IDFC probably gives ... Atleast 2-3 banks among which I mentioned gives
