Credit card where Joining and Renewal fee is basically the GST Part

I am creating this post as a wiki post
I wish to have a comprehensive list of card where the joining and Renewal fee is essentially recovered (may be only GST part we need to pay)
or we get benefit more than the fees
I am writing few cards
Other please add on to the list

1) HDFC Infinia
Fees is Rs. 12500 +GST and RP 12500 is back on joining as well as every renewal

2) HDFC Marriott Bonvoy:
Fees is Rs. 3000 + GST but Marriott silver and 1 free night up to 15000 point recovers the fees

3) HDFC Millenium:
Fees is Rs. 1000 + GST and Rs. 1000 worth of reward point is given back

4) SC Ultimate:
Fees is 5000 + GST and Rs. 5000 is recovered

5) Yes Marquee:
Fees is recovered excluding the GST Part

6) ICICI Emeralde Metal:
Fees is Rs 12500 + GST but rs. 12500 is recovered leaving only GST part as final cost

7) AU Zenith+
Fees are 5000 +gst but Rs. 5000 is recovered

8) ICICI MMT (new one)
Fees are 999 +GST but you get Rs. 1000 MMT voucher

Add bank name as heading and just all add the cards in subheadings section in later edits so it will be easy to identify

No this list does not include spend based reversals....This is you pay the annual fees and get back reward points without any spend or any criteria

AU Zenith+ Joining/Annual fees 5000+GST. It gives 5000 points which can be redeemed for Amazon Pay or other vouchers although there is redemption fee of 99.

Indusind easydiner gives easydiner prime. If you have enough restaurants in your city that accept it, it's a loot on dining out. But it won't fit into this category.
Well it might fit in. BOGO on BMS worth 500 per month + 25% on easydiner payments up to 1k max. Plus easy diner prime discounts. Might fit in as and when you use.
Annual fees: 2k + GST

whereas, to recover the fees of easydiner card you have to actually do the dining and in this type of case almost all of the cards will give back the fees if you use it enough...
