Credit card with best lounge access and least fees (VFM)?

Hi, I'm looking for a cc for lounge access for my wife and me (as most cards we possess have been devalued with spend based criteria for lounge access). We took around 12 flights each (domestic + intl) this year.
Looking for something that won't have the hassle of spends in prev month/qtr.
I have IndusInd Legend LTF, can I get it converted to Pinnacle? How about BoB Eterna?

Try and get BOB Eterna if you can,
Fees is waived if you can spend 2.5L/yr

From my perspective, if you can't fulfil the spend based lounge unlock, you can simply choose paid unrestricted cards like:
BOB Eterna
ICICI Emeralde Plastic
SBI Aurum
HDFC DCB etc.

Spending ~12k p.a. for unlimited lounges is worth it.

Federal Celesta also has 4/Qtr without any spending criteria and excellent lounge coverage. You can get this LTF.

Pinnacle only gives 1 domestic access per quarter, would not be of much use

Regalia gold will be best option, easy to get and having both lounges as per your need without any restrictions of spends

From any referral website, if you want hefty cashback on card approval.
OR
From their federal bank website, if you don't want any cashback.

Get federal celesta and, standard chartered easemytrip. Even pnb card is good for cheap access.

IMO Marriott Bonvoy is also a good option for lounge access. 12 Domestic + 12 International for Primary + addon card holders. Plus the diners network has almost all lounges covered.
