Credit card with LoungeKey acess

Recently I got Yes Marquee credit card which provides complimentary lounge access through LoungeKey programme. However, when I tried to register myself in Loungkey portal to check my complimentary access balance with my credit card, I got an error. I called the LoungeKey support team and they advised me to check with the bank (card issuer).

Anyone having credit card with LoungeKey access, tried to register in LoungeKey portal ever? Did you get through? Or is this issue with Yes bank only?

I wanted to know the balance and validity of complimentary lounge access (both domestic and international)

I tried dreamfolks, and that is not working for Yes bank card for obvious reasons.

Please help!!!

I registered on LoungeKey with HSBC and SBM cards and it was fine. I faced errors whilst registering when international usage is disabled or the card is not activated.
