Credit cards bill payments using HDFC billpay

Hi,
I am currently paying bills by HDFC Platinum Debit Card. Now eligible for HDFC preferred banking program and assuming that I will recieve a new preferred debit card. Will this new card give me 1% Cashback as well?

Currently I have hdfc platinum debit card which earns me 1% upto 750 on bill payments. I got an upgrade offer for preferred platinum debit card which says it gives 1% upto 1800. So it gives cashback on credit card payment as well?
