No. Visa
But strangely I was trying to use at croma at same time. Trying to use correct card no. With wrong details (to check some. Offer) and after exactly one min i got international trans decline message. May be coincidence

If international transactions are disabled then how transaction can go through?
If it is a system bug then disabled card can do the transactions. So how to be safe on our self with ICICI CC? Cancel the card by calling customer care?

Can someone check what banks + network approve international transaction when disabled. If u try buying 1$ Amazon us gift card, we can find these banks and then close them asap. Although u lose 80rs, this Could be a good topic for news article or youtube video, ranking banks based on security.

applies to dc aswell . Keeping lakh in savings, only to know that u have been robbed. also the timeline to report is pretty steep, it's easy to lose transaction messages in amount of promotional spam sms and mails we receive from these same banks.
