Had you raised any cibil dispute which didnt close within 30 days? They might have paid the fine of 100rs per day to you.

I have raised request for correction with crif but for that i have received mail on 24 july - Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for writing to us.

This is to inform you that we had raised your dispute related to account ownership to the respective credit institution.

Further, we had received the information from credit institution stating there are no changes required in the records as the record was correctly reported.

What we do
CRIF High Mark is a credit score rating bureau. We cannot make self-changes in the credit report unit till we receive a confirmation from the bank or financial institution.
