Hi, I have requested for credit increase limit. I don't understand there reply properly, can someone please tell me what they are asking? What signed letter are they talking about?

They will not be able to process your request over email and want you to fill the limit enhancement form (you can download from their website) along with your signature (should match with the one bank is having in their records) and send it (through courier) to the address they mentioned.

upgrade form salary slips and bank statement - i checked credit limit increase in upgrade form

it seems they are not accepting your documents over email, otherwise if it was only the upgrade form, then they would have readily accepted
You can ask them again what documents do they need exactly and where to send them
It seems as if they are asking self-attested copies of documents to be mailed to them, but their English is quite vague so better to confirm from them only

Go to your nearest HDFC branch and share the requisite documents. they'll send them to the aforementioned address.
