I have recently taken a home loan on which the uco bank has reported my cibil checking charges payment to be overdue of 1 day. This made my cibil score decrease by 24 points( 784 to 758). I did not received any sms or email from the bank or the Branch manager that it is overdue but now when i contacted bank, they are saying it is my mistake.
During the loan process, the bank manager told me pay an partial advance emi to set my desired emi date but i didn't receive any sms or email from UCO Bank. I tried contacting the manager for multiple days but he did not replied on whatsapp or call. On Tuesday i have recieved an sms that my emi payment is overdue, will this again affect my cibil score. Please let me know what can i do to save my cibil score.
