Hi TF community, I have been using ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card from almost 3 years. In September 2023, a bill was generated for INR 0.83 which I forgot to pay in October before the due date. This was subsequently added to the the next month's bill and I paid that in full. However, ICICI reported this as a "late payment" to the Credit Agencies and now My score has gone to 740 from 787. I wrote an email to their customer care requesting them to reverse the report as it was completely unintentional and not a very significant amount. But they are not even hearing my case. How do I get this resolved?

Send them a topup mail if they don't respond complaint to RBI.

It's really common with ICICI, there are many threads regarding the same issue. They usually won't care because it's considered your mistake, try sending an email to headservicequality@icicibank.com
