Credit Score enquiry by Tata Neu

Today morning received mail from ExperianCreditView that soft enquiry is done by Tata Neu app, I haven't requested any credit score enquiry and not even open tata neu app today.



Should I be worried, Complaint anywhere? or it's normal?

you might have clicked/used that option.

If u check Experian through any app
They send you report via mail 💀

I know how it works.. what i am asking is i haven’t opened tata neu app today so is it normal to fetch credit report or i should be worried..

It's cibil report sent to you
So your question is wrong about soft enquiry

For the saying you didn't touched or opened neu app
Then that's is between you and neu app
Mail them and ask

To clarify for other people no it's a cibil report sent to you not soft enquiry

No one ever know what is soft enquiry looks like & how much soft enquiry they have on cibil since first loan or card

you might have clicked/used that option.

Or maybe Tata Neu App have some consent option to periodically check your score and send the report in email to you and you might have clicked it sometime back. This is my guess only. @Chiraggyl
