CRIF credit report generated by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank without my consent

I received a message this evening that "Your CRIF credit report xxxx is generated by Utkarsh SFB". But I havent asked any app or website to generate it. Neither do i have any relation with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank.

Also didnt receive any mail for the credit report.

I called Utkarsh SFB's customer care, they took the complaint and said will resolve soon. I asked for a case ID which they provided. And said whether its resolved or not, they wont intimate me regarding that. I have doubt regarding their cc workings.

I have also mailed them with all the details to their nodal officer (Utkarsh SFB).

Furthermore, I logged in on CRIF and checked just now, and it shows 0 lenders inquired in last 2 months.

I have also mailed to CRIF nodal officer and asked why they shared my credit report with Utkarsh SFB without my consent (in terms of otp or anything)

Is there anything to worry? Do i need to take any steps for it? Any suggestion will be helpful.

I thought so. But since I do not have CRIF subscription, I cannot generate the report again to check if they added any hard enquiry to it the next day. Mailed Utkarsh bank and they are apologising to me regarding receiving unwanted sms. Even though I asked explicitly why the report was fetched and if any loan application or cc application was made on my name or number.
Thought of taking CRIF subscription, but it seems they want me to upload some documents after payment, and havent disclosed what documents they are before payment.
 
Update: Got a call from a branch manager from a different state. He said that my number was given as guarantor of loan and so my CRIF report was fetched. Confirmed with him that the guarantor name is different from mine. He received my mail which was forwarded by the nodal officer i think. Said he will update the number once the loan officer comes back from vacation after the weekend.
 
Final update: Although I got verbal confirmation from the branch manager, I still wanted a written confirmation from bank. But the nodal officer kept closing the service requests without any info and said that I should ask CRIF regarding this rather than the bank. So, I escalated this to the principal nodal officer, saying that i am not satisfied and will complain to RBI Ombudsman in 30 days. PNO forwarded it to the escalation desk, and finally they gave in writing on the same day that it was a clerical mistake of the bank and they have updated the loan with proper mobile number.
