Culinaire ITC membership with Axis Reserve & Pioneer Heritage

If I get both Pioneer Heritage and Axis Reserve, will I get ITC Culinaire membership through both the cards or one membership application will be denied? Since for both the cards, mobile number and email id would be the same, so I am not sure both the cards will give the membership. Maybe @TechnoFino can reply as he has both the cards.

I received Membership from heritage metal, I'll email axis for membership, I don't have an accurate answer at this time.
