I cancelled my hotel booking on SmartBuy, which was partly made using my DCB reward points, 8-9 days ago. While I have already received a refund for the cash amount back into my credit card, the points have still not been refunded.
When can I expect the points to be refunded? Is there any way to expedite this process? I want to use the points transfer bonus offers available until July 28.
