Debit card with zero mark up fee for international transactions

Hope everyone is doing great.

Just have a question that if any debit card allows overseas cash withdrawal with no mark up charges ? I know IndusInd exclusive banking programme gives master world debit card and it has that benefits.

Any idea what other banks premium teirs offers the debit card with no charges for foreign transactions like cash withdrawal and POS swipe ?
