Delay in latest Axis Miles transfers?

I have been using the Axis Atlas CC to transfer EDGE Miles to Qatar Airways in a 1:2 ratio for many months now. The latest request however, has been stuck at "Pending" since a week now - is this because of the upcoming 20th December devaluation? Anybody else facing the same issue?

I also send a request yesterday for transfer to accor, still pending. Maybe they are having a lot of load.

Yesterday = only 1 day. Mine has been over 7 days now. :/
