Crowd
Surprisingly very small lines at the counter
Inside crowd was there, but it's not like you wont get a seat, lets say 70-80% seated
So looks like the devaluation of credit cards is helping? Or maybe this lounge was always not that crowded

There are machines there to take out the entry ticket, but some people were saying they werent working. I didnt try it
Food
Now coming to the food
Below average food (lunch), very less options
I would suggest not to go to the lounge, better eat outside at some restaurant, it will be more fulfilling even if paid
