Yes bank has mandate the requirement of spend for availing the lounge access.

from now as on, lounge access condition change should not consider as a devaluation. its adapted by everyone going to followed by all banks. just move on.

That's true.. but Yes bank was considering Reserv as one of their premium card. Putting conditions on premium card doesn't make sense.

This is an old devaluation. Same email came in Dec also. They are sending the email again as reminder or for new customers

Yes, I received the same mail today for my Reserv as I got the card last month.
