Did anyone claim Digit Insurance Claim in HDFC Smart Buy portal for flight booking?

I want to book a flight ticket in HDFC Smartbuy portal. I see a "Digit insurance" which offers free cancellation and free date change for some amount. Did anyone pay and claimed after cancellation? Is it a hassle free experience? Or anything I should know about this?

I have used it but to get claim from them is quite a task. I missed my flight in Dec'24 and they are holding my claim as they are asking for no show certificate from airlines. I have already provided my boarding pass cancelled by CISF but they are still not processing my claim.
