Axis issues Add-on cards but it's quite difficult if you raise the request after primary card issuance

I got Vistara Infinite with add-on as i had done it at the same time

Unlimited lounge access for addon card too. Plus most cashback offer can be used for every addon card as unlike hdfc bank... Axis bank issue a unique card no for each addon.
