Did they reduce ICICI Sapphiro Amex reward points?

Just got a dual card (MC and Amex) from ICICI Sapphiro with LTF. But when I check the terms and conditions it says with Amex one gets 3 reward points for every 100 rs spent but when I check the transactions its only 2 points for every 100 spent. Dropped an email to customer care they said the rewards have been revised to 2 instead of 3 now from Sept 2023. Anyone noticed the same?
