DCB Diners club Black upgrade Query

I have recently upgraded from Diners Millinnea card to Diners Club Black Metal .
Since I made it during Monthend & Quarterend I didn't receive the reward points (Which will credit on Month Starting) as well as milestone benifit).
When I called cc they were saying that in T&C its mentioned that old card features/benefits will be discontinued from the date of upgrade and we can't do anything here.

Can you please guide me here .

Emailing grievance redressal should be enough. Even I faced similar issue in the last and they sorted it out
