Diners Millenia for students from Premier Institute.

Came across a spreadsheet in DCB Alumni thread which says that my institute student's are eligible for Diners Millenia and Alumni's are eligible for Diners Black. Is there anyone here who has managed to get Diners Millinea as a student without income proof? And If I get Millenia now as a student, will I be able to get Diners Black in future with income proof and alumni proof? Or is it a one time campaign thing?
