So it always shows on top & delete email after redeeming do you don't have clutter.

Something similar has happened with me. I forgot to use some Croma GC bought from GYFTR through DCB and Axis Magnus.
When I reached out to them, they said that as it is 15 months old we can do anything.
Anyone has any idea about what can be done?

I had one of the expired cards from croma but gave me new GV after escalation.
