hi all,
idfc has been bombarding me with marketing sms. i cannoy even block them because they send otp using same sender.
as it is, i get a lot of spam calls for loans, cc, etc.
i wrote to idfc asking me to add me to their dnd list.
they replied me with this link to register:
www.idfcfirstbank.com/dnd-page
this page is not loading for me. i wrote back to them asking them to manually add me to their dnd list as the link is not working, and they denied this request.
now can i escalate this to rbi? also requesting any of you to check if the above link is opening any webpage or not before i escalate.
