Do Saving Account Balance helps in getting Infinia Card

Ok my query is in regards of getting an Infina Card thru a Saving Account Balance.
At present am holding HDFC Regalia First with 5.5 lac limit with no saving account with HDFC.
Although currently also eligible for Dinners Black Card (not LTF) only FYF.. so I just want to know if I upgrade my Regalia First to Dinners Black card now and after 1 year , Can I ask HDFC for an upgrade to Infinia on the basis of account balance says 10+lac because I am maintaining 10+lac balance with IDFC to get an upgrade for Wealth and as soon I get the upgrade to IDFC wealth account I will transfer that amount to HDFC.
Also did HDFC account variant helps like preferred or imperial or max saving is worth enough to get an upgrade from HDFC

Generally account balance doesn't matter. Be it imperia or savings max. But if your total nrv is above a good limit as in 20 - 30 L (just approximation). You could try to check with your RM and send a upgrade request to chennai on basis of your total NRV.
